Amy Lewis is a designer working in the field of textile design, art and interior architecture. With a background in graphic design she graduated from Design Academy Eindhoven in 2022 and has since established her practice in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.

By developing contemporary translations of the beauty in traditional textile crafts, she finds ways to create sensorial experiences in daily life to reimagine the mundane and bring joy to the everyday.

Having mixed heritage encourages her to bridge British and Japanese sensibilities which is the driving force of her design research. Rather than erasing history to make way for new, her passion lies in embracing the power of narration and storytelling to guide matter that intertwines the past, present, and future.
